This is a one-of-its-kind experimental finish single barrel rye. A 6 year rye cask was chosen by blind vote with approval from LeNell to be aged in her original Light Side of the Moon barrel. This barrel had hitherto aged both her 7 year bourbon and a Blackberry Berliner Weisse. This rye is tastefully aged, yielding subtle yet striking herbal notes and a bright and bold body filled with voluptuous fruit undertones including plum, peach, and berry compote.
