Eboni Major 2026 Major Ryes Available NOW

Single Barrel Ryes

Our uniquely curated selection of single-barrel ryes ranging from 6-8 years old.

Cask Selection

Every barrel is chosen for its individual character. We seek out exceptional distillates and pair them with complementary cooperage to reveal their finest qualities.

Secondary Maturation

Our finishing programs are disciplined, never decorative. Each transfer and aging decision serves the whiskey—adding depth without distortion, complexity without chaos.

Small-Batch Precision

We release whiskey at the point when it has become genuinely compelling. Never before. Patience and judgment define every bottle that bears our name.
